How do I get my repair started?

As an Apple® Authorized Service Provider, we are able to perform most repairs on your Mac®, MacBook®, MacBook Pro®, MacBook Air®, and iMac® in house, including:

  • Apple Limited Warranty and AppleCare+ Covered Repairs

  • Hardware repairs (including out of warranty)

  • Software-related issues and updates

  • Damage assessments (i.e. liquid damage, impact, etc.)

  • Hard drive wipe and restore to factory settings

  • Virus/spyware/malware removal

*Please note—devices that require more than one part for replacement may have to be sent to Apple directly. We can facilitate this process for you.
